“Lovely bread . I love this bread that you’re making.
I’ve been on a low carb/ keto diet for a long time to lose weight. It’s ironic that I enjoy this delicious sour dough bread with avocado and lose weight too. It’s so gentle to the natural digestive probiotics. Love it ❤️❤️🙏.”

“Grateful Bread, thank you so much for introducing me to your homemade bread. I love that you’re local. For all of you reading my review, let me tell you I have been drooling over all of the breads I watch her post on her IG account @gratefulbreadscv. Follow her and you will see what I mean. She has a few varieties, but I’m into spicy so the Cheddar Jalapeño was what I decided to try. In anticipation of this bread, I made some homemade butter and let me tell you, this is the best toast I’ve had! If you haven’t had homemade Cheddar Jalapeño sourdough, this is a must try!”

Anastacia H.
Naturally leavened sourdough with a golden crackle crust and a soft, airy crumb. Long fermented for flavor, baked fresh in small batches.
Every loaf is slow-fermented, hand-shaped, and baked with intention. No shortcuts — just time, patience, and wild yeast.

QUESTIONS?
Whether you’re curious about that open crumb? It’s the magic of slow fermentation and wild yeast at work., we’re here to answer any questions.
